Its a 1990 chevy S10 blazer. The wipers just stay on all the time. The ony way i can turn them off is to take the fuse out. but now when it rains or if water splashes on my window i have to stop driving. get out and put the fuse in. Somebody told me it was a pulse modulator. If so where would i get one for this car?

it sounds like your wiper motor is trying to go out so u should go to a mechnic and let him check it out for you that is their job so check with a mechnic first before you buy anything.

It may be that your wiper switch is stuck in a closed
(on) position or there is a short in the wire
somewhere. If your wiper switch is separate by
itself it may be easy to replace. If it is mounted
on a stalk on the the steering collar the whole
stalk must be replaced - translation - more expensive.
If you electrically knowledgeable start by looking
at a wiring diagram for your car in a local library
or by browsing an automotive manual in a book store.

It's called a (wiper) pulse relay.... if you have a wiper delay on the switch...if that's the case check out Advance Auto Parts or Auto Zone...they should have what you need..and if they don't, they can usually tell you who does.

Good Luck!
