I wouldn't need any prodding from Palps.

I've always wanted to see Yoda get his froggy butt kicked around, and see the Jedi get wiped out.

My top fave Sith are Sidious (because his plans worked), Dooku - master swahbuckler that he is chopped off Ani's arm, beat Obi twice, and stood up to Yoda, and Maul (even though he got punked out in Episode I.

In that situation? I would choose the Light side of the Force because I know one simple fact: Everything turns out okay if you JUST F*CKING ACCEPT FATE!!!!! The only reason Padme died was because Anakin tried to stop it from happening. If he had just let destiny take its course, she would have been fine! It was the same with Zeus and his father Cronus. If Cronus had just accepted fate and been a good father and not eaten his children, Zeus would have had no reason to rebel against him.

Yeah, I would probably do it. But isn't there no "dark side" now? I thought they wrote in the books that they are just different aspects of the force or something like that..

well...acording to the movies..and the prophesy...and the concept of the force...anakin was going to chose the dark side no matter what...even if i were anakin. For one..acoring to the force...we all have a destiny to fufill..and according to the prophesy and the timeline of the movies, anakin was not the one to bring balance to the force. Luke was. So..anakins destiny was to be on the dark side. (yea i admit..im a total dork..but..hey..im proud of it)

I find it ironic that the main motive for Annikan's turn to the Dark Side was his burning desire for eternal life, both for his beloved and for himself. It seems like a life devoted to the Light would give better results, don't you think?
