1st I think the easiest way is not eating after 7pm not even a grape (Oprah said this is the secret )
Cut out on the bad carbs .
eat veggies and fruit NO hot cheetos NO Vomiting NO starving!
just plain eating healthy and O Yeahh Exercise It works!
