A clutch hose basically is the hose to your hydraulic clutch system , it works on the same principle as your brakes with your foot cylinder and the secondary cylinder by the clutch push piston , you need to replace this hose only if there is a crack and you are leaking fluid , you know that when your clutch is not working and you can't shift gears . and you can get one at a dealer , but I wouldn't recommend you to change it , is not easy and you have to bleed the fluid afterwards , leave it to a mechanic.

It's a hydraulic line from your clutch reservoir to the slave unit on the transmission. Your best bet is to take the old one off and take it to a hose and tubing shop. Shouldn't cost more than $30.
Chances are, your master and slave cylinders are worn too though.
