why do you have to wake up early for holidays?

Are there sales going on? Do you need something that is on a special sale - like from 6 am until 8 am only?

If not, then you don't have to wake up early. You can sleep in....unless you have a job that requires you to be there on time. Not everyone gets holidays off.

You don't, the holidays will come if you're awake or if you sleep
straight through them.
