you can go to planned parenthood for a test. Keep in mind this is a real human inside, so tell your parents or some adult you trust.

It depends how far along you are. Symptoms vary with each person (such as nausea, vomiting, breast tenderness, headaches, no period...etc) It can be confirmed with a blood test at your OBGYN at about 6 weeks or beyond.

there is not true way to tell but a blood test. I had symptoms, no period and two false hpt and one positive. but i had a negative blood test. there are signs you can look for like sleepiness, sore breast, morning sickness, dizziness, frequent urination, missed period etc. but there's nothing like a blood test. good luck

the only real way to tell if your pregnant is by either a postive pregancy test or if you get a blood test done!!
