ADVIL & MOTRIN are the same ingredient = IBUPROFIN... the are identical so I take either or. NO CONTEST!!! I have a bit of arthritis and really count on this stuff
Aspirin is OLD, yesterdays news, obsolete as is excedrin.
Tylenol is lame and weak. It taps a small part of your brain and sends a message there is no pain.
Advil and Motrin (ibuprophen) enter the bloodstream and find the area where there is inflammation and dialated the arteries and capillaries in the injured area to ease the pain and allow healing so it is basically a designer anti-inflammatory. Same with a headache it finds the inflammed or swollen area and calms it down.
Honestly like some people take pride in their cars (I dont) I take Advil CAPLETS and they seem like a Mercedes to me.... sleek and smooth and shiny of the best quality 200mg. of ibup. and I know it is good for me.

I get migraines, so I already take Topomax every day as a preventive measure. If I still end up getting a headache, I'll take Maxalt (prescription), or 800mg ibuprofen (Advil) or both. If those don't work, sometimes I have to resort to Vicodin, which is a prescription narcotic.

Tylenol Pm...I usually don't get headaches but when I do..they are migranes so I'll just take the PM and get some rest as well
