I am doing a project about bones for my anatomy class. My teacher wants me to write a paper about how easy it is to break your wrists. She wants me to find people who have done it and how they did it. How it felt and how long it took to relize that it was broken. And also what it was like to not be able to use your hand. None of my friends have ever broken their wrists so I thought sombody who uses yahoo could help me with this. I really need a good grade in that class. Please help.

I broke one of the bones in my wrist in a skateboard accident. I knew it right away, but doing a cartwheel from a moving skateboard is usually a good indicator of something wrong. I felt a sharp pain in the wrist, then extreme point tenderness. It was difficult to use one hand, had to re-think most activities.
