Babies go through lots of different stages in the first year of their life. There can be many reasons she's cranky. She could be going through a growth spurt where she is more hungry and wahnts to eat more. Her vocalization might be her trying to tell you want she wants. Although she's only 4 months old, she might be getting some teeth. Teething is uncomfortable.
If her routine has changed at all (missed naps, more activity) it can upset a baby. If you are really concerned, contact her doctor. It never hurts and that's what they are there for.
But don't worry, she'll grow out of the stage eventually and hopefully give you a little rest and some piece of mind.

She might be more hungry or getting some teeth. And around this time but usually a little earlier they go through a growth spurt. 4 months is a tough stage. My son is 4 months now and his sleeping is off and he is eating like crazy. give her a few weeks and this will pass.

Probably the start of teething...they come out at 6 months, but the pains starts around 4 months as they begin to emerge. Better get the orajel, cold washclothes and such ready......

It is a possibility that she is teething, or her belly hurts, or she wants you....Only you can tell what your baby wants and needs. If she is fed, changed, not tired, etc then maybe she just needs to cry. Babies can't express emotion so they cry. Good luck and be patient because if you aren't she will only cry more because she can sense your frustration.

The people here have no way of knowing what is wrong with your baby. Take her to the pediatrician.

It could be many things...gas, colic or teething. The best thing to do is stop guessing and take her to the pediatrician.

Because she's a baby, it's perfectly normal, she's fine don't worry about it. :) If you fear something is seriously wrong than ask your doctor but more than likely she's just being a baby.
