We CAN'T sit back and let them bring the fight to the United States. They must be stopped before they hit us again. Not one single country over in the Middle East can be trusted to NOT attack us. They are religious fanatics and for some reason we are the enemy. IMO, we can't wait to be attacked. We have to take care of the problem before it starts. There's MANY things we don't know happening and if we did, we would be scared out of our skins. Any number of nuts out there ready to pick us off in masses or one by one if that's what it takes.

Would you rather the war be fought here in the United States? They got to us once...if we sit back and do nothing, they will do it again. These people are fanatics that interpret their religion incorrectly. They hate us so much they would do anything to kill us. So do we sit back and let them? Again??

The only ones "bringing" war anywhere is the US and Israel. Why? Because the Zionist traitors in our government (with the help of our lying manipulating Zionist media) have managed to turn this once great nation into Israel's hit squad. Don't believe me? Google PNAC and AIPAC

And guess what, the ONLY country in the Middle East that has ever attacked us is our "friend" ISRAEL (look up USS Liberty)

OK, let's diagnose your silly made for TV arguments.

1. We can't sit back and let them bring the fight to the U.S.
HELLLLOOOO!!! Do you really think that if the Iraqi people got a democratic govt, that that would stop Alqaeda from getting over here? WHO told you that son?! Why would you beleive that. It's not like we're fighting the German army, they're people, who we are already letting into our country voluntarily. all they have to do is come through the southern border or get a visa and fly in and then dissappear.

2. Not one country in the middle east can be trusted to not attack us...OK, then why was King Bush trying to sell our sea ports to an Arab country last year. He's on record as saying the UAE is a much a friend to the U.S. as England is.

3. In your opinion we can't wait to be attacked... We need a big ole foot up our *** is what we need for being so stupid.

4 & 5... Are you some kind of crack head?

Nobody want them to bring the fight home. But is it right to have our American troops being over there risking there live not really for our country. Exactly who are you trying to stop. When most of these men and women enter the navy and army they never taught that they would be put in situation like this. They are away from there families there country for months. They go through hell over there they don't know if this will be their last days or if they would even live to see this wonderful country call America again. I want to know you say why should American leave Iraq and come home. If you think that they should be there why are you not over there fighting this war. BY chance if the answer is you are too old I hope your children are over there fighting the war and if they are not, then don't judge American for wanting to come home.

President George Bush has done an incredibly poor job of communicating to the American People and the world at large. Personally, I think Dick Cheney has had a large hand in that by saying not to give away any information on any given subject. VP Cheney fails to realize that this is not a dictatorship but rather a government that is accountable to the people and must answer to it. That being said, there are real gains being made in Iraq and elsewhere in the world. Unreported in mainstream media, there are weekly arrests and elimination of members of terrorists cells and groups that were once allowed to flourish almost unchecked. This constant "wearing down" and loss of communication, direction, and abilities will have a long term positive effect on global terrorism.

As much as each and every statement of yours above is correct and justified, Iraq is the wrong place to find our true enemies!
Under Saddam Hussein Iraq never was an enemy of the US! The opposite is true. Iraq always was a bullwork against Islamic fundamentalism! The situation there as of today is not the result of Islamic terrorism but of our intrusion in the internal affairs of Iraq! These internal affairs simply never were and are not any of our business!

Our true enemies are not the Iraqi people! They are somewhere else, even in countries which we believe to be our friends!

Iraq was peaceful before US invasion.

The invasion in IRAQ open more chances for the Syiites and the Kurds ethnics to power. Shiites backed up by Iranians (shiites majority)

Bush & co. needs to stay as longer as possible for the oil. Oil income to pay back US huge expenses on the war, the war that everybody across the world knows as the blunder of the century.

I think you're confusing terrorist activity with war, and the Iraq War with stopping terrorists. Who do you think is going to be bringing the fighting to the U.S.?

Terrorists operate independently from any nation state. There are small bands of terrorists all over the globe. Whether or not Iraq is won or lost, they will still exist and will still be capable of attacking the U.S. It's not like a victory in Iraq, whatever that means, means that terrorist threats in the U.S. will cease.

What makes you think having troops in Iraq will stop terrorists from coming here? Most of the 9/11 hijackers were Saudi. It's not like they have a mandatory stopover in Iraq before they come here. Besides, like you say, terrorists can come from any country in the middle east (anywhere in the world, in my opinion). Are we supposed to invade every country? Get real.

Maybe because Iraq never attacked us and there was no terrorist problem there before we invaded?

Do you really believe that America occupying a Muslim country and telling them what to do is going to make LESS terrorists in the world or more?

I think the average Sesame Street viewer could figure that one out. Apparently Bush supporters haven't graduated to Sesame Street yet.

"They" (Iraq) never hit us in the first place. Also, at times it is better to use brains versus brawn. Afghanistan, the real attackers (Taliban) is barely mentioned anymore in this "war on terror". How did that happen when "they" are the ones who did attack the US?

Unfortunately, the party zombies will only listen to their party favorites on this issue. They (party loyalist) don't truly care about the truth of the matter. Not accusing you of being a party loyalist.

If Clinton did exactly what Bush is doing, the hard right would be totally against it. The Hannitys and Limbaughs would be saying how much of a mess it is and that Clinton should be impeached. So, these people really don't care about what is best for the US. Their first priority is supporting the political party.
