Its on their genetics..they have high metabolism, so no matter how much they eat, they cant put on weight..they stay small and petite. Take note: there are Asian girls who are fat though.
Im Eurasian w half Japanese..thank you for the compliment..though im not 100% Asian..

As an asian girl myself, first i want to say thank you 4 the compliment ;) Not all Asian are slim though. But we have been told to keep a good appearance since the day we were born. It is like there's a competition between all Asian. You know we're Asian, people have high expectation of us. Not only from our parents, but also from our peers, and culture. I think it's in our blood. To me, though- i don't usually copy what people wear. I dress as i please, as long as i look good n' i love the look of it, then i'm good to go :)

These Asian people are slim because they eat very well with plenty of vegetables and low fat, etc. than Americans do! In my 20's, American people used to be slim, especially American girls! Now, what is happening to USA??? They are mostly overweights! I cannot believe it! As you know , they are eating the wrong foods with plenty of fat stuff such as hamburgers, pizza, etc. The more children are like "prisoned" to their home all the time, rarely going out to play not like we used to do that in our old time in the past, so on! Know what I'm talking about? That's sad!

It's probably a combination of their diets and genetic backs due to centuries of only breeding with other Asians.

they're slim because their diet consists of nuts, berries, leaves and twigs.
they're attractive because they use a special medicinal facial lotion which is only found in one source....
