My neighbor is going to cut down one of my cedar trees to make a larger than life cross...we need actual pictures of crosses of the time of Christ.
I have searched google, yahoo and msn. I find everything but actual pictures of the era.
He wants to make it as authentic as possible.........he is donating the time for his daughters church.........I am donating the tree........
Please no jokes or insults.........just serious links.

I don't know any websites, but I do have some suggestions on where else to look for pictures.
You could go to your local library. Ask a librarian for help in finding a book with a good picture.
If that doesn't work, then you can ask someone if they know of any historians who know about that time period. Historians would be glad to help you and would probably have an appropriate picture.
