If your period are regular (every 28 days) you should be fertile every 14 days, or if irregular (average day of all your cyles). Usually you will see a change in cervix mucus not everyone sees that. You can go to the store and buy tests that help you figure out when your ovulating or go to a doctor and get a check up and make sure everything is working properly to have children. Some factors do affect fertility like drugs, family history, and some types of medicines sometime.
