No, it isn't. Most men do not shave their pubic hair. Also, pubic hair does not usually grow on the penis. I have seen pictures of messed up circumcisions where hair grows all the way out to the end because the doc cut off too much skin, but it usually doesn't grow out far. Circumcision (the slicing off of the foreskin on the penis for cosmetic purposes) is unnecessary and unhealthy, by the way. I have a few stray hairs higher up on my penis than I would like, but I can't do much about that. Good night!

Men who were once overweight, yes. Lets just say you got a man who has a 6" penis. Well if he's overweight, 3" of it is Covered by his Body, ususaly the Overweight Pubic Region. as He looses weight, the area Shinks and Makes more of the Penis Accessable. The skin that was once part of the pubic region will now be on the base, Lower shaft, of his Penis. If he wants to have a Completey Shaven "set", he will need to Shave the first inch or two of his penis.

You mean the pubic region - yes, most men under 30 do it, and some over 30. It's fashionable to have a well presented pubic region now, just as it is for women. Most men don't shave completely - they trim the hair around the penis, and probably shave their scrotum, to encourage oral sex.

i happen to be extremely hairy (embarrassingly so). i do/did have hair growing half way up the sides of my manhood. my wife was reluctant to engage in (not written, but ??) sex. she didn't like the hair intruding. Consequently, i keep that area hair free.
i don't see anything wrong with a male shaving any part(s) of his body. i have been giving some consideration to trimming my chest, back, and pub hairs. it's just too gorilla like.
