my favorite flowers are roses that 's what my mother always planted were I grew up.

Shasta Daisy's. They grow wild where I grew up and I always picked them for my Mother and Grandmother. I thought when I was little that they looked like a butterfly if you pulled some of the pedals off. Then when I was a Teen, It was He Loves Me, He Loves Me Not! (Remember)
Now my Grandchildren pick them for Me. Life Is Good!

all flowers are beautiful...but the rose is the star...
I am a gardener...and, I can not grow roses, as, where i live is not a good climate/soil...i tried...but failed...
but 2nd runner up is
LILAC and you know why

I love lilacs although they only bloom once a year. I love them because they smell sooooooo good.
