I knew i was pregnant even though two months went by without one positive test. (i took about a million) Even the doctor's blood test was "inconclusive." It took an ultrasound to confirm the pregnancy. it simply means that your body is not producing as much of the hormone as the tests need. That's not a bad thing, (you are less likely to suffer morning sickness!) but you should see a doctor as soon as you can.
(p.s. about 6 months into the pregnancy, i took a leftover test just for fun. it showed a "possible" pregnancy!!)

False negatives are much more common than false positives, but after being (I am assuming) two weeks late, it should come up. If you are concerned, you should see a doc for a test. If you have been overly stressed lately, you could have just missed.

Yes, You should make an appointment witht he doctor for a blood test to rule it out. If you aren't there is a medicine they can give you to get your period started.
