Jioho is wrong Neji didnt dies after defeating the spider dude from Sound four. Neji was just seriously injured and fainted..He was rescued by shizune and other medic ninjas later. They did an operation on neji and he survived the surgery.
Neji never shows any affection towards tenten nor hinata, it's because he wanted to change his destiny. He thought destiny has been set when someone is born but Naruto changed his mind later and his uncle (hinata's dad) told Neji the truth about the death of his biological father.

He can die. Its just he hasnt died so far. There was a point where they fooled us into thinking that both him and Choji died. But that turned out to be a farce when they are shown hospitalized. A real let down in my opinion due to that i actually teared up after watching Neji's battle. And i barely do that kind of thing, plus i barely liked Neji from the beginning to boot. A real deceptional letdown for me to see something like that to not only fool us but to have the creator set it so that Neji is alive in order to not piss off the fangirls. Just one of the some factors why i am disappointed with Naruto.

Neji is cool with me and He is not going to die,Neji and TenTen are going to end up together
Jioho is wrong Neji doesn't die after fighting the spider guy I think on episode 138 but am not sure.When they had to get Saskue because he went to Orochimaru to seek power so he can get revenge on his brother. Gaara, Tamari and the pupit guy comes and help save them. the Neji, gets heal by Tsunade and he recovers fastly.
I know this because I watched that part and am one episode 200.

Yes Neji dies sadly. He dies after the fight with that one spider dude who's name just left my mind =/ . Neji does like Tenten & Tenten likes him back, but they never really share their feelings. And Neji dies at the age of 14 so he never will tell her. . . .

I'm sure he won't die. And I doubt he likes anyone(yet) he looks so serious all the time. And I hope he won't die, he's one of my favorite character T.T
