They're so biased, they make the old "Pravda" look like a paragon of journalistic integrity by comparison. Has anyone been following the flap over their feature about the El Salvadoran woman supposedly serving a 30-year sentence for having an illegal abortion? Even the Times' own ombudsman admits that is a false claim. She was convicted of infanticide after the autopsy showed the baby was born alive and then strangled...yet the editors refuse to clarify or retract.

The Times has never met a liberal position or cause it disliked...and is becoming more and more willing to lie and sitort in order to further said causes.

Hottie: if this were an op-ed piece or a story about which the facts weren't so clearcut, I would probably agree with you. Please follow the link I provided. You'll see such is not the case. This story was just plain ol' fiction, pure and simple.

Ahhhh, the NYT - never met a national secret they wouldn't print.

I have not heard about this story, because I refuse to read them. I really need to start, though - it's always a good idea to know what a group like that is up to. I have to admit, it doesn't surprise me a bit. They kept Jayson Blair HOW long after they knew he made **** up? I am really surprised that they are still considered a reputable news source - but the left loves to have their fanatical hatred of Bush fed, so....

Who still believes it? Ironically enough, the very same people you see whining about the bias of "Faux" News. (Faux News! Aren't they clever little devils?)

Hypocrisy, thy name is liberal.......

Holy crap. I never in my entire life thought this would happen - I have agreed with Al Franken. TWICE. Hell really HAS frozen over.

It's been that way for decades. People are only now starting to realize it.
