How do you plant a tree?

Question

I want to know what kind of trees are good for growing in NJ? What do I need to know for growing the tree? How do I get the seed ready for planting and when is the ideal time to do it? I prefer fruit trees because you enjoy their apperence AND fruit. =]

Also I want to have a tree that's feminine and beautiful, not rough and moldy. =]

You should really consider growing your tree from a sapling, purchased from a reputable serivce. If you plant a fruit tree from seed, it will be many years before you see the fruits of your labor. It's best to transplant a sapling so that you know it will weather many seasons that seedlings struggle with. Twenty bucks for a tree isn't bad when you consider the efforts and tribulations associated with a small, small tree.

Planting both saplings and seeds should be done during the spring. A nice feminine tree would be something like a japanese willow, or a cherry tree or even a dogwood for the wonderful blooms they set every spring.

I know apple trees grow well in NJ climate and the blossoms would provide the feminine appeal you're looking for.

I don't suggest growing a tree from a seedling though because of the added requirements. I'm getting ready to put in a dwarf red maple tree into the chashitsu garden.

Don't try to grow a fruit tree from a seed. Go to a nursery, a place where they sell trees, plants, flowers,etc. On each tree there will be a tag which will tell you what zone the tree will grow and survive in. If you don't know your zone ask the clerk at the nursery. Usually, the planting instructions are on the tag too. good luck!

timber? I actually have planted flowering flowers like Roses, Jasmine and Hibiscus The Rose is my famous flower between tress, I actually have tried planting mango, tree which components curry leaves or maybe tried coconut(it dint be triumphant) obviously i do not imagine i'd stay in that homestead for thus long to video reveal it grown in to a very grown tree

Like previously mentioned... you're better off buying a sapling. After that... the worst thing you can do for a tree is plant it too deep. Plant it at the level of soil that it is at in the pot, or even a little shallower. I.E. don't mound a bunch of soil over the trunk when you plant it,.
