I wear a Salomon trail running shoe because I typically run on a rock road. They also don't have laces since I hate to tie my shoes. They're very comfortable, light, and durable

Nike Shox..Because they are the most comfrontable shoe for me to run..

hmm... mine are nike shoes and for no real reason, just to replace my old pair... i'm thinking of switching to another brand when it's time to change my present pair... maybe to mizuno :)
