That's a good question. I'd have to say it's spead pretty evenly across the board. I've travelled throughout Europe and familiar with Africa. Racism is beyond skin deep and overseas I discovered that racism has little to do with your skin but rather nationality. Being American and travelling abroad is not always as glamourous as though it seems. Religious beliefs also plays a large factor worldwide but within the US I found that people simply won't like you because of your skin. Racism out of the US if examined in comparison, has more basis but that still doesn't make it right.

It is ignorant to say the USA...if you ever get out of the country you will find there are far more racist places.

Japan. They're even racist against people of their own race who come from places like Korea.
