Sorry I thought this was an open question. I didn't know it was exclusively a liberals forum. My bad.

Of course the Iraqis owe us a huge debt of gratitude. We freed them from an evil genocidal dictator, and liberated the people from death and torture. We liberated dozens of small children Saddam had put in prison and tortured. We helped then form an new democratic government so that the Iraqi people can elect their own president and govern their own country. We have been there for them ever since to teach them how to defend against the terrorist insurgents coming from Iran and Syria to destroy the fledgling democracy and turn Iraq into another theocracy like Iran. We will stay until they are fully capable of taking care of their own security issues and the huge foreign insurgent problem that is prolonging the war. Our volunteer soldiers keep on reenlisting for more tours of duty because they know what the real problems are and they know the Iraqis could not do it without our help. And these brave Americans above everyone else, know the danger they are putting their own lives in and yet they choose to go back.

The liberal media and the Dems have distorted the truth about this war since it began, because they are determined to get even with Bush for winning the election, and their biggest fear is for things to go well under his administration which might get another Republican elected in 2008. Therefore, If the war does not seem to be going as well as it should until now, the blame should be partly do to mistakes, but Mostly, I say it is due to the sorry and despicable divisive behavior of the liberal and Dem Bush haters. UNITED WE STAND & DIVIDED WE FALL. I believe that if the whole country had been United behind Bush, right or wrong, from the beginning, we may have already pulled out of the war victorious and we might even be way farther ahead in the whole war on terror.

He has probably already taken it personaly in the form of Oil and doesnt intend on letting the Iraqs have control of all the US controled land in Iraq any time soon. I dare him to walk down the streets of bagdad alone like a given Iraq does and see how much he fears terrorism then. Right now he sits back at home in a ranch and says terrorism this terrorism this evil axis bs and the media helps him... Bushs admin does not care about anyone who is not super rich/powerful and with the program.

I don't think anything that bush says is that important. The man has made the world a horrible place since this war, with no point at all of the ends justifying the means.

I would tell G W to go f*** himself cuz the Iraqi people didn't ask him to decide for the american people to invade their country without warning, and tear it up to the point that it's uninhabitable. This proves that this administration really sucks cuz even I know that careful planning is the key to success, and in this situation it is clear that no one thought about anything they just went off half-****** and look at the mess we are in now.

I believe Bush is again in a disillusioned mental state. Why would all the innocent Iraq's be grateful for having their lives, homes and families destroyed, looted and murdered?

I agree. Whether or not the people of Iraq will pull their collective head out of the sand and take advantage of what we have done for them is a good question.

It was phrased wrong. They owe the soldier's and anyone who with good intentions tried to help them. I hate political b.s.
Lead by example, not by lying.
