I'd think he was a nice dorky guy, he's be a good neighbor I think, because there aren't a lot of world changing decisions he'd have to make.

I'd be fine with it. At least he could be the "cool" neighbor that likes to watch me with his telescope. and yeah, I closed the blinds but that makes me mad.
