how do you toilet train an 18 month old boy

please, i am an masters level child therapist with years of experience and i just waited until he was three and decided to do it himself, i do not feel it is worth the effort and many children do not have the muscle control until they are two, but if you decide to try good luck

I can tell you right now that you are wasting your time trying to potty train a 18 month old, he's still a baby!! My oldest son was about 3 yrs. old when he finally went on the toilet. Every child is different, some start early and some much later. Enjoy your baby, when he is ready, he will let you know.

You don't, that's way to young especially for a boy. Unless he is already interested in using the potty himself.
