can some on explain all the virgin mobil plans to me? im so confused. i thought virgin mobil was prepaid only?

once i get a phone then i know how to do the rest but i dont understand i dotn want any bills.....? how do u get unlimited and free texting? i just want to be able to call one number and talk lots and get 10 cent a min.....? some one plz explain

you can't just get a cell phone and not have any bills, you get billed monthly.
