Media Center simply takes over some functions of a TV tuner card, in addition to other media functions. A card like an ATI Wonder Pro will come with its own software to allow TV watching, as do most Tuner cards, making Media Center OS unnecessary. Media Center is a nice, jack of all trades, master of none type of utility.

No, you don't need Microsoft Windows Media Centre Edition.

Usually you get everything you need when you purchase the TV tuner card. Beware though - you'll almost always need to connect an external arial to get anywhere near a decent picture.

yes u can. u can connect a/v cables to it or rf cable or s-video cable as each device can support.(a full tv)

my tv tuner is "liveview" with fm radio.it is great and working well.

by the way i dont have media center.
