Hubby and I are interested in a great deal for Los Cabos the week of March 3rd or March 10th. But, we don't want to go if there is the whole "spring break scene." Has anyone been there around that time that knows how bad it will be with teenagers and college kids?

If it is affordable and has sand or snow, it is likely to be full of spring breakers in mid March thru Easter. Spring break runs several weeks and there really aren't any "good" weeks. Avoid Spring Break if you can. March 3rd might be early enough to miss the bulk of them. The water will still probably be pretty cold though. Most spring breaks don't start until the week of March 10th and the last busy week is Holy Week between Palm Sunday and Easter (can't remember when that is this year).

I've been to Los Cabos, and generally speaking it's a small area- sure there's Cabo Wabo (Sammy Haagar's Bar) and Squid Roe and the Giggling Marlin, but apart from the main Drag the town is pain and doesnt offer much. It will be nuts with kids. Go somewhere else.
