It sounds like you are about to have periods; sometimes a woman who is at the very beginning of menstruation ("menarche") will have a bit of discharge before having a full-fledged period. If I were you, I would get some menstrual supplies and have them handy.
Also, since you do appear to be near menarche, don't assume that you're not ovulating or can't become pregnant. The first few periods for most women are kind of confused - you may or may not bleed, may be irregular, and may or may not ovulate; don't make assumptions, and you won't be taking any unnecessary chances.

Nothings wrong- Welcome to womanhood!
That's your period dear.Embrace it, so you don't hate it.
Brown is old blood- marks beginning or end of cycle
Pink is light fresh blood-start or finish active bleeding
Bright Red is new blood-middle
Dark is older, more intense bleeding.-middle
I would go see an Ob/Gyn Doctor for a physical exam. The first one is kinda creepy, then it gets easier. Most cities have a woman's hospital- ask Mom and get there, so you can be taken care of the best way and get a good start to thie process.
Mark you calendar and keep a "moon" journal of your moods, everyday, that will gauge the days of ovulation, prementration, then your period. You will be the expert of your body. It was told that woman's cycle are with the moons cycles, so its easy to remember it that way. Each one is different.
Here are few facts:
What you eat, drink, amount of stress, medications and body weight all greatly effect your moods and "type" of cycle you have each month.
Healthy ovaries alternate monthly (no order, they just trade off) and Only one ovary releases an egg (folicale) per month, about two weeks before your period date, so you may notice some pain on one side or the other. Mark that in your journal. This information will be critical for you in years to come.
Since this is new to you, just be smart and wear a light pad, all the time. Be safe. In a couple of years your body will hopefully set a pattern for your monthly cycle. Unless you have extreme pain or need birthcontrol- get pills . Never get Depo Preva shot, it seriously messes up your body's pattern.
Okay here is your reality check- YOU CAN BE A MOM at anytime now.- So penis is a weapon- never into in a relationship, with out a handful of "good condoms" and spermicide. Never.... its just too dangerous- AIDS can kill, and its your age that effects the most now.- Not scaring you. I want to save you. IT IS REAL>.
HOW TO LOVE YOUR PERIOD!
Oh yes I said LOVE it. I know that this is a special time for me, so I use it just for me. I get my mani/pedi, buy me a new book or magazine, sleep longer, watch chick movies and may it my special time to be with me. Since I happen to have a rough time of it- I spend a lot of time in bed and medicated, I purchased special sheets, Yes they are dark red ones, and fancy pillows, so my husband, knows, that week, I own the bed. My CD player ins on relaxing music or I'm watching my favorite DVR tv shows.
I learned this lesson from another wise woman, and now I love "my time" and if anyone asks me- I tell them- the truth, and you know what- they stop asking and just know. Funny huh~

Your body and hormones are getting ready to start your body into a new phase of life.Sometimes it will take a couple of month's to have a "normal" period, and to get regulated, that's every 28 days. There are several web-sites that have lots of good info.Listen to your Mom,or anyone you trust to answer questions, your friends may not be because they're in the same boat. Good luck. SW RNP

Hmm I haven't had any experience with implantation's but if you read that then it quite well could be. If it has stopped now, maybe wait til after you have had your period then if you are still worried go to see your GP about it. Otherwise, it could just be related to your period being due...

Depending on your age, it sounds like you may be experiencing your first period soon. Sometimes before your cycle begins, its not the full red color. Sometimes, it may be brownish looking. That would be my guess. Don't worry, just visit a gyno. :-)
