He could have been staring for several other reasons..ask yourself these questions:
- Are you ugly?
- Were you dressed well?
- Do you have horrible acne?
- Is your hair dirty?
- Are you dirty?
- Do you smell?
- Are you sluggish in the face?
- Are you noticably obese?
- Was your fly down?
- Were your clothes too tight?
- Et cetera?
