Good question.
I believe the most important life lesson I have learned so far, is to never let a day go by without telling those you love, you love them.
Live your life to the fullest, because it is indeed a gift.
I received a call one afternoon while shopping in my local grocery store, the caller (my sister) uttered these words softly..
"Mom died today"...
My mother was not sick, and she was only 65.. I'd give anything to have just one more chance to tell her how very much I loved her.

Hi,I live for dreams, and have the ability to make dreams come to reality. This wasnt that easy. But carrying out this practice, taught me a very important lesson.Never regret and always express what you feel.Give your 100% to what you are working on....even if it doesnt work out...you dont have the regret feeling..cause you left no stone unturned to work it out.

Not to take birth in the material world again. It is a bad deal. First the birth canal (painful, but we forget) then have to go to school, yuck, then puberty and zits (terrible) then have to be cheated over and over by others. Their are unlimited things to fear such as being exploited by molestation, and people steeling from you and those who want to cheat you spiritually in Religions and then bugs, snakes, extreme weather patterns and sickness, diseases, bad relationships, loosing loved ones to death and then ultimately die. What a bad deal. I am glad I found the process to not take birth in the material world again.I will choose to go Home to the eternal, blissful spiritual abode where their is no more suffering, and only pleasure. In this life you may not get what you pay for but you will most certainly pay for what you get.

In this case "pay" does not necessarily mean dollars and cents.
