You'd need to take the combination of what makes a 'good person' and couple it with male oriented aspects of living. A good person is someone that cares about others, is honest in all areas, that tries to 'do better' in all things that are honorable and kind. He would work to serve others but should also serve himself in ways that allow him to grow towards personal improvement. Looking for opportunities in your church or at your local mission that could be of service to others can be done by most anyone. Knowing your heart and operating from it is a great place to begin. Being kind, thoughtful, respectful, humble, standing up for your beliefs, sitting down for your lessons and patience with those that try you - there are many 'good men' out there and I wish we could find them all and bring them together with the boys and young men that truly need to see their examples. 'That' would change the world!!!

A good man knows that he must love God and love the woman God brings him as a wife. A good man knows how to balance responsibility and fun. A good man uses the talents and skills God gave him in order to help others, to be successful in a career and to worship God. A good man knows that he has a part in passing on the legacy of quality manhood to his sons and the legacy of honoring and encouraging his daughters to become women of God.
A good man is not selfish or demeaning, but respectful and caring. A good man is confident without being arrogant or rude.

Working as a team in everything. Being kind, considerate, loving, caring, slow to anger, and being open and honest. I guess treating the girl as you want to be treated. And you men have a tendency to look at other attractive women in our presence. Keep you eyes on the real prize, your mate. Take care, I hope this helps.

his character, the way he treats people and the way he expects people to treat him :) a good man/woman is one who gives more than he/she expects, who thinks of others first before thinking of themselves, who is honest with everyone, who commits whole-heartedly, who is loyal and faithful, who is kind and understanding and patient, and who loves without expectation...
i hope you're working at becoming a better man? :) no one is perfect, so don't worry if you make mistakes... just learn from them! :D
