Are You Guys Into Pop Rap That Much?
1. Jay-Z (for retail reasons, old hov was sick)
2. Nas (rap's poet, best mc alive)
3. Eminem (even tho i dont like him, his lyrics are amazing)
4. Papoose (i just see more raw lyricism from him than lil wanye)
5. Lil Wanye (he's really good, but he's just not there yet)
Others: Method Man, DMX, Lloyd Banks..i could go undeground like Immortal Technique and whatnot but this is just an overview
Also Remember, There's 2 types of rappers, there's dude's who write good songs and guys who write good raps..there's a fine line between the two.
