I love ballet! I wish I could've gotten into it sooner, like when I was a little kid, than I might have had a chance to actually try it. I only recently started looking into it, watching clips of ballet performances on youtube and stuff, and I've just fallen in love with the dance! I'm almost 19, though, and busy, busy, busy with college, so I don't think I can ever really do more than just watch and enjoy it from afar :).

Absolutely! Especially the turns, i find they are the dessert after all that work. Once you get spotting, you will enjoy all turns.
I feel blessed to have a beginning in ballet and learning the discipline to execute the steps and moves correctly. I never went to toe, but love the way it looks and appreciate the work it takes to make it look so effortless.
I enjoy many other types of dance. Tap and jazz are my favorites, and I have found tap to be easier to learn the older you are. Kids have trouble with it as it takes a lot of quick coordination and weight distribution.
I have found many times where a step or routine is much easier to get and do since having a base in ballet.

I love ballet. It is the graceful movement of the body. There could be nothing more beautiful. I used to want to be a ballet choreographer but there are many things I'm better at. I will always be a fan.

i like ballet i think you should try it because it's fun and
you get to do alot of performances that are great.
