I would be more afraid of someone who wanted to watch me go through my everyday life than someone who was trying to catch a glimpse of a naked woman.
One is almost natural for a man. The other (to me) means he is getting very involved with you. Your movements, your routines etc. All of that is very very intimate. The fact that he isn't trying to hide it almost suggests he is a sociopath.
Buy some blinds and some curtains and call the cops. He is invading your property and your privacy. The fact that he is blatantly using a telescope is very disturbing.

maybe you should close the blinds..... or give him a wave to let him know you know hes a giant loser! better yet make a sign that says "Mind your own business perv" and put it in the window hes peeking into...LOL I'd do it!

just start to close your window.. you can get this plastic cover that you can see out but people can only see shadows, also filters light
