Baby Red-ear sliders eat a mostly meat-based diet. Try a mix of good quality turtle pellets and live or frozen/thawed 'fish foods' like small fish, bugs, worms, shrimp, beef heart, etc.

Babies especially like blood worms.

AVOID hamburgers, hot dogs, lettuce (not only do young Rd-ears not eat plants, but when they get older, they do better on dark leafy greens.

You could try feeding it little pieces of fresh fish. You really should get the proper turtle food from the pet store and supplement it with the occasional fresh live fish.
I've had a turtle for 10 years now and she is quite healthy and growing bigger everyday.

I even have 3 turtles, I merely gave them the little turtle nutrition until they have been given better. then you rather can bypass on your community puppy keep and purchase little 22 cent feeder fish. Its rather exciting to observe them music those little adult men down. As for cleansing, i could relatively verify to not placed the little rock pellets on the backside of the tank. that's that this variety of drag cleansing those every time. yet as quickly as you spot the water point is getting a sprint low is while i could sparkling it out.
