Hi,
Cesarean or not, your tummy still grows as big as natural delivery. The only difference is the baby isn't delivered vaginally & you don't have an apisiotomy. everything else is the same. It is very easy to put on weight after having a baby, your body is still lacking in the nutrients & vitamins, the baby used for existance while in the womb. Also hormones come into lay, have a thyroid check. Hope this asnwers your question to some extent.

well anyone can become obese. a c-section wont effect that in any way. eating habits sustained from pregnancy to post pregnancy would be a factor of weight gain.

Ya if she doesn't exercises because the attention is going to the baby. I would tell her to take her baby out for a walk after she is healed up from the surgery.
