My son recently purchased a 1988 Chrysler K car in very good condition. It runs well, has lower mileage, and only 4 cylinders, but it also has fuel injection. He has a cheap car, cheap insurance, and cheap gas.........what more could you ask at the age of 16.
I also would recommend a Honda Civic.........always a reliable car!

For dependability I hat to admit it but Toyota or Datson. Of course it depends on how much money Ur going 2 spend. The Honda accord is a great car. The Toyota trucks R real good 2. I'm talking that at 100,000 miles they (Honda, Toyota & Datsun ) R just getting broken in. Just keep in mind over 100k miles U should be using a synthetic oil. Regular PM is a must if U want em 2 last. Hope this helps or at least gives U something 2 think about. Something 2 keep in mind if it has a s or sport in the name Ur insurance is going to be higher.

a good dependable car can be a 98 or newer ford taurus or a thunderbird....or because it is big and has protection in case if he crashes if u dont care about safety or stuff like that go to the towing places and they might have cheap cars starting from at least 500 bucks

Mine. I have a '95 Camaro. Very clean. Teal color. I am around the half-century mark and it really doesn't suit me. I need a grandma car (four doors). I fall into it and need a crane to get me out. LOL. Seriously, I'm in SE WI and I am ready to sell it. Beautiful car...for a younger person. Chik magnet car. LOL

honda or toyota if you can find one that has not been raced or that has good records the older ones with high miles can be really good cars they easly go over the 200,000 to 250,000 mile mark so unlike americans that have alot of problems after the 100,000 mile mark
