Depends on what color suit/pants you are wearing with it, and the formality you are dressing for (work, nice dinner out, a fancy party, etc...)
Because the tie is a pale blue with white pinstripes, I would pair it with a darker tie: navy, black, chocolate brown, plum, burgundy, charcoal gray, etc... And since it does have the pinstripe, I would keep the tie simple: solid colors, diagonal stripes, or patterns using the same color family.

Any tie you choose should not have any crazy patterns that are opposite of the stripes of the shirt and can be of any color, just don't pick one that is too brite.
