Francium has atomic number 87. So we get, in the order the orbitals are filled:

1s2
2s2
2p6 (total 10)
3s2
3p6
4s2 (total 20)
3d10 (total 30)
4p6
5s2
4d10 (total 48)
5p6
6s2
4f14 (total 70)
5d10 (total 80)
6p6 (total 86)
7s1 (total 87)

So the final electron configuration is
1s2 2s2 2p6 3s2 3p6 3d10 4s24p6 4d10 4f14 5s2 5p6 5d10 6s2 6p6 7s1.

Fr is like Radon (Rn) with a single electron added to the 7s orbital.

All other orbitals (1s, 2s, 2p, 3s, 3p, 4s, 4p, 4d, 5s, 5p, 5d, 6s, 6p, 6p, 6f) are filled.
