Perhaps you could be (relatively) moral, but would insist you have no way to say you know that you are moral.
The only way out is the Platonic/Buddhist stance that morality is the inherent state of the universe, only to be lived in enlightenment (I'm not making any truth claims here). Thus you would be moral without ever knowing what morality was.

Most "moral systems" are based on particular epistemological views. If the epistemological view is that of doubt, then it may be hard to determine a "moral systems" based on that.

With the hand me down fears (that stems from thee primeval fear) of the bigger monster size significant others surrounding children, significant controllers exploit the natural primeval fear of the children and instill and continues the hand me down fears (illusion fears) into the children that leads to morality values of the children as they grow. It might seem that as children grow into adults they choose or give morality to this or that, but it all stems from outside influence of those fearful controllers that want their children to be like the controllers ensuring that children will not turn on the controllers as the children become bigger physically and psychologically. This is validated by hundreds and hundreds of generations of traditional socialization parenting only maturing society as whole to the level of two year old infancy of temper tantrums and selfishness: wars, crimes, massing of wealth, etc.

Well to say that, your premise would have to be that morality is something learned and not just imposed subjectively. And though I may believe that, in practice, I find it hard to argue against guys like Sartre and Nietzsche who say that morality is merely something we decide on our own.
