Ok, i have 2 job interviews today, i already know what clothes i'll be wearing (long black pants and a white button up 3/4 sleeve shirt) but i need to know what make up to wear, bear in mind that i am in South Australia, it is summer here and today is 40 degrees C (104 degrees F) and it's like a 20 min drive from my house to these interview places.

Don't wear too much for two reasons:
a) It is damn hot (I'm in Adelaide too) and you don't want to look like your face is melting off!
b) If the interviewer is a woman she may feel that you are threatening, or that you are trying to win the job with your looks.

Personally, I would wear a little bit of foundation, subtle hint of brown or black eyeliner, mascara, lip gloss/tint and a little bit of blush - your face will probably be red enough with the heat and interview nerves! Just go subtle and neutral - no colours, and go for the natural look.
Good luck with your interview - I hope your car has air con! : )

Just enough to balance tones, shades, and remember the light, which may be fluorescent in most cases. Just go for accent for compliment. If you have an illuminated mirror, this will help immensely.

I'd say some orange or beige eyeshadow, some eyeliner, and lipstick that's a calm red color. Don't go for in-your-face red. =) Hope that helps!
