Try going into the Control panel and clicking on Add/Remove Hardware or programs. See if you can delete it that way. You need to get a different virus protector, because the one you have may not be doing its job, if it won't let you get rid of it.

Try running AdAware from Lava Soft.
If that does not detect and quarantine a bunch of trojan s/w, then you might need to spring for an anti-virus utility (Norton, McAfee, CA)

Scan again and try and remove in safe mode.
In general, Windows does not allow the deletion of files when they are in use. However, Safe Mode will only load a minimum amount of drivers and services to run Windows, making removal a better bet. Scan again and attempt to delete while your computer is in safe mode.
To access Safe Mode, reboot then repeatedly press the F8 key at the first screen. When finished removing that pesky pest, reboot again to return to normal mode.
BTW, there is no need to yell. Typing in all uppercase letters is considered shouting or yelling when posting on the internet ;-)

Download this free antivirus app here http://www.free-av.com
Uninstall your current antivirus ( temporary only, you can install it back after the virus is gone). Reboot PC. Install the download antivirus scanner AVIRA and run the Full System scan. It should be able to fix your problem.

Download HijackThis ( http://downloads.malwareremoval.com/HijackThis.exe ) and post your log in this forum ( http://forum.malwareremoval.com/viewforum.php?f=11 ) for help. You'll need to register before posting.
Also, do not fix anything you see in the log. Most of them are harmless and needed for Windows to function properly.
