Seamstresses who custom make gorgeous dance costumes (rhinestones, beads, gorgeous fabric, unique ideas),,,, desperately needed!!!! They are so hard to find! Please give me ideas. I'm willing to pay good money for a gorgeous, stunning lyrical costume.
