YES.
A person could be blacked out and be thinking about something and then when they become aware again, they will believe that it really happened.

human memory is a crazy thing! Research has shown that it is extremely easy to implant false memories, and have the individual internalise [believe] these false memories. This is a big issue for forensic psychologists as people can be lead to believe a series of events happened when in fact they did not, or they did not happen in that order descibed to them!
Basically the brain will fill in gaps...so if you 'black out' and are then presented with a story of events, as long as the chances are likely that this could have happened & you are presented with the same story a few times, it is definately possible to genuinely remember something that did not happen!

Yes, they can.
It's a form of confabulation, only in this case the person is confabulating a memory rather than a verbal story. Memory is plastic, and many people can have false memories instilled in altered states of consciousness. An alcoholic stupor would count towards that. In intoxication, you are basically poisoning your brain, and altering it's neurochemistry, so anything is possible, including false memories.

Nope, i do not..mainly because i have not in any respect witnessed any ghosts or something of the magical phenomenon. I do have relatives although who say they have considered "ghosts" or have heard unexplainable noises contained in the evening. yet i have not heard or considered something, i for my section believe that ghosts and demons or something of the variety are literally not accessible and abnormal issues alongside with a door slamming or a mild going out will be actual defined.

The answer to your question:
YES. The human mind can make up experiences to fill in blanks. In a way it is like dreaming.

Yes.. And people can tell them that they did something that they did not do. Their mind will make up the scenario and they will believe it is true

it is easy to convince one's mind that something happened when in fact it didn't. it is based on their desire to believe in the event ..believing in fairy tales is easier than facing reality.
