Hey,
I have a test tomorrow and I had a few last study questions on my review.

If you kknow the posistions of a particle at two points along its path and also know the time it took to get from one point to the other, can you determine the particles instataneous velocity? its average velocity? Explain.

How to calculate average speed from a displacement time graph

A bus travels on a northbound street for 20 s at a constant velocity of 10m/s. After stopping for 20s it travels at a constant velocity of 15 m/s for 30 s to the next stop, where it remains for 15s. Finally the bus continues north at 15m/s until it makes its last stop 20s later. What is the average veloctiy of the bus for this period?

V=x/t

First leg is 200m. Second is 450m. Last is 300m. Total is 950m.
Total time is 105s.

Average speed is 9.04 m/s
