im about 9 inchs and when i get hard it goes to the right...ans sometimes it hurts when it gets too hard...is that bad?

You most likely have a benign condition known as Peyronie disease, a condition of fibrosis in a certain area (sinusoidal spaces of the corpora cavernosa) of the penis. It may be associated with pain and erectile failure. The cause is unknown (penile trauma in 5-10 %) and there are several treatment options...some valuable,some not.

No that is not bad at least not nine inches in fact that is really quite good, well above the average.
The curve is normal unless it is painful then it could be a problem.
Millions of men have curved penises so that may not be the problem but if it really hurts then you should see a doctor you may have peyronies disease which you need to see a doctor about.
