I want to convert iTunes that I have bought so I can use them on another Mp3 player. How do I go about doing that?

you can't really do this on the computer, legally. you would most likely have to burn the songs to a cd, and then rip them to the computer again using whatever program comes with the new mp3 player. There are ways to get rid of the iTunes DRM so that you can play them on other devices but i haven't been able to get them to work. I would try googling something like "get rid of iTunes DRM" or "strip iTunes DRM" those terms should work

well technically itunes is only made for the ipod, but there is some hope. Real players Rhapsody program will convert itunes to a generic mp3, but apple has stated this is illegal and may have updated there firmware to block that action.
