I think what you are referring to is actually called an ectopic pregnancy. What happens is the baby implant in the fallopian tube instead of in the uterus. The pain, I have heard, is nearly unbearable (like a bursting appendix), and there is heavy bleeding that continues abnormally. These symptoms will generally require an ER visit, where the pregnancy is discovered. With what you have described, it could be anything from gas, to an ovarian cyst, endometriosis, to possible ectopic pregnancy.

An etopic pregnany has symptoms similar to a regular pregnancy. An early sonogram will tell the girl for sure.

Don't you mean ectopic pregnancy? She should go to a gynecologist as soon as possible to see if she is truly pregnant and if it is an ectopic pregnancy. If she can't tell her mother than maybe you can take her. Her life could depend on it.
