Interesting scenario. Here is an axample that is not exactly like that but very close. Former NBA player Reggie Miller was a several time All- Star and very good basketball player and he has a sister Cheryl who also happened to be an extremely talented basketball player... 2 or 3 time she was the NCAA player of the year at UCLA. She actually got an opportunity to compete in an NBA camp (Ann Meyer also got such an opportunity). She was clearly a talented basketball player but because of the physical nature of the NBA it just wasnt in the cards. That is not to say anything of her talent...I actually have a great deal of respect for any athelete whether it be male or female that works hard and masters their particular sport. It is simply the physical dynamics that make it unlikely (I wont say impossible because anything is possible). A good example of the physical difference is the females that have currently tried to compete at professional golf tournaments. One assumes that accuracy and ball striking are the difference between the average golfer and a pro but these ladies have found that they dont have the strength to compete at that level even though there is little question that Annika Sorenstam is a brilliant ball striker with an amazing touch and great feel for the game (plus she is one of the strongest ladies on tour). So like I stated earlier it just doesnt seem likely but who knows, anything is possible.

Women will never be able to compete with men. True a WNBA player will be able to beat a lot of guys at basketball, but they will not be able to compete with a NBA player. Physically it is impossible. Genetics are the only reason why women will not be able to compete. I know many female athletes who train as hard as men, but they do not have the testosterone or the muscle mass that men do. The closest sport where women can compete with men is Golf. Michelle Wie has had a little success playing against the men.

I think people who watch the free PPV streams illegally or download them are obviously smart, and not stupid in the least. How could they be stupid if they're saving 40 or 50 or 60 bucks, especially on a promotion that has disappointed us in terms of PPV's in the past? Why spend money when you don't have to? WWE is the last wrestling company on earth that needs money desperately. Vince McMahon isn't exactly living out of his car. While I don't watch streamed PPV's much anymore because of the quality most of them are in (the sound is sometimes several seconds off and the picture quality is less than stellar), I would watch one that is in decent quality in a heartbeat that is guaranteed to stay that way throughout the whole PPV and also not be tampered with several matches into the PPV. I hardly think that watching a PPV free illegally is 'not supporting wrestling'. I paid 60 bucks for Wrestlemania 25 last year, and I think, if anything, I paid 40 bucks too much. It was probably the worst Wrestlemania out of any of the 20's Wrestlemanias (20,21,22,23 ect) and not even Taker/Shawn or Jericho vs Steamboat could save it. I never feel bad for not giving McMahon, in particular, money. He has enough of it. As far as the internet spoilers and dirtsheets, different fans read them for different reasons. Some read them because they like to feel smart and want to one up other fans on knowledge, especially if they're apart of online wrestling communities. Others, like myself, read them because if I can't catch a show, I know what happens to keep up to date on the product. I also read them because as a fan of several years, there comes a time when your 'markness' is no longer what it once was, no matter how much you try to tell yourself it is and that you can still believe the way you did as a child. Yes, I can still suspend my disbelief to a point, but I'd be telling a bold faced lie if I told you I'm still the same kind of fan today that I was at 13 years old, because I'm not. At 13, I was a pure mark. I bought the PWI Apter mags. I subbed to WWF and WCW magazine (all of which I still have today kept away). When someone smartens up to the business like I have, at least to the point fans can (I'll never be TOTALLY smart because I'm not IN the business), since it was such a big part of your childhood and teenage years, you, like most people, want to 'know the dirt'. I think someone who's a fully grown adult who tells you they still believe in wrestling the same way with the exact same mentality they did when they were 12 years old and they function in normal society is a liar. Reading the sheets fuels your common curiosity in something that you've loved for so many years. Sometimes they are false, but other times they are indeed true. I hardly consider watching illegal PPV streams and/or reading the sheets 'not being a fan'. It's when you complain about every single thing without logical backup of why you feel the way you do (like not using examples) and never once praise anything that is going on in the wrestling world, I think THAT is 'not being a fan', because you are consistently negative about everything. It's almost guaranteed if one company is doing something that you think is sucking wind, the other company has something to offer that you DO like

i would think its possible in some sports like baseball where physical strength is not really a berrier football would be a lot harder because of the size of the "athletes" i dont really think 400 pound people are athletes but anyways basketball again is a sport where female athletes are becoming more athletic soccer is one i think could be hard because of the speed required to play but i think it could happen the nhl is possible because i know of girls hockey clubs that play against high school boys teams and do well
i think this could happen in the next twenty to thirty years
good question

I believe that a female has the potential to be as good as a male counterpart BUT only when she is competing against other females. I'm not sexist what so ever but it is just a fact that women are overall less muscular, strong, and fast as males. Again, I want to say that I am not sexist but just stating the facts.
