No, I brush my teeth before I go to bed. What would be the sense to brush them if your going to eat again.

Its not a good idea & I taught my kids that & they are adults with beautiful teeth & rarely a filling only where the brush couldn't get

no cause i go right to sleep after, i have that problem in the morning tho i brush my teeth then eat and then i get a really bad taste in my mouth
